The time from the first Adam to the second Adam (JESUS Christ) is around 4000 years .
Why did it took 4000 long years for God to send His Son after Adam and Eve's trangression? Why not send Jesus earlier, like 7 or 100 years after?

Dear Bro. Hilbert,
Praise to our Father God that He has allowed us to utilize the internet to share the Word of the LORD.
Since God knows everything and knows all the events that will occur, He purposely sent His only begotten Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, 4000 years later based on what people were doing and believing at that time. Since God does not control our actions, He has to see what people are believing at each point of time. He could have not sent Jesus Christ 7 years of 100 years after Adam and Eve's fall, because at that time, the Gentiles have not heard the way of salvation. Salvation was only made known to the Jews. But, in God's infinite mind, He could see into the future, 4000 years later, that there will be Gentiles who will have faith in His Word. And God's desire was to also save these Gentiles - which is us. And also, He will take a wife from out of the Gentiles to be married to His Son.
Most likely, this is why God was patient and was able to determine when exactly to have His Son born in Bethlehem.
This is a very nice question to share among the brethren.
May God bless us all!
Bro. Mario

God bless you for your immediate reply.
I thank God for giving us revelation regarding heavenly questions like this.
I asked this question to myself while preparing for an exhortation for this Friday's service. Questions like "why did God allow mankind to suffer that long?" arised in my mind?
Let us see what other brothers will also share regarding this topic.
Thanks brother.
